Privacy notice

What we collect

Account email and password (managed by our authentication provider), profile content you enter, evidence and case study entries, early-access registrations, buyer project requests, opportunity-interest responses, provider inquiries, order and refund records, campaign attribution (referral code and UTM parameters) and anonymous profile-view counts with referring host.

What is public

Only profiles that USG moderation has approved and that you have opted into the directory are public. Public fields are company name, tagline, overview, headquarters, delivery regions, sectors, website, founding year, team size, capabilities, case studies and the founding designation. Contact email, evidence library items, inquiries, orders and review notes are never public.

Confidential records

Opportunity-interest responses are visible only to the responding account and USG administrators. Buyer project requests, early-access registrations and privately imported prospect lists are visible only to the USG owner/administrator.

How we use data

To operate the network, review profiles, respond to requests and administer membership. We do not sell personal data. This site does not send automated marketing email.

Payments

Card details are handled by the payment processor; we store order status, amounts and processor references only.

Your choices

You can edit or delete a non-approved profile, withdraw directory opt-in, or ask us to delete your data by emailing isaac@unifiedstategroup.com.
